Meet Our Pastors

Pastors Terence and Illana Davids

Grew up in Port Elizabeth, Southern Africa. After getting married and serving in their local church for a few years, the Lord called them to Canada together with their two young children aged 3 and 1 at the time.

Although they came with a two to three year plan, the Lord had a different one.

While on holiday in South Africa in 2014, Pastor Terence received a prophetic word that he would be a pastor. That word was confirmed by a sister in Christ later the very same day!

Needless to say, the word of the Lord prevailed and they are now pastoring a church in Humboldt Saskatchewan, Canada.

They have a passion for souls, to see lives transformed and for their city and country to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ, while there is still time!

Their desire is to fulfill the Great Commission as commanded by the Lord Jesus in Matthew 28:18-20

Welcome to the Children's Ministry, I am so excited that you are here! I am Melanie Lohman and I grew up on a farm near to Humboldt and lived in the area all of my life.

In 2016, a traumatic event lead me to this Church.

I gave my heart to Jesus not long after and was water baptized. These events helped my past glimpses of God be solidified in knowing Him and seeing His hand on my life.

In this role I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to see God touch the lives of the children He brought on my path!

I am always thrilled to see them learn, grow and become great youth and world Changers!

By teaching them the undiluted Word of God through the Mighty Warriors Curriculum we use, we have the privilege to train them up in God’s ways, so that they will not depart from them!

At Humboldt Bridge Ministry, we are a community of believers who are passionate about following Jesus Christ and sharing His love with others.

VISION

To see lives transformed through the power of the Gospel, where everyone is invited to belong, grow, and go with the love of Christ. We aim to be a place where people can discover their purpose, find healing, and experience the joy of living out their faith.

MISSION

We exist to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ, equipping individuals for service, and reaching out to our local and global community. We are committed to living out the Gospel through worship, fellowship, and service.

OUR VALUES

The Bible – We believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word, the final authority for faith and life. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

God – We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)

Jesus Christ – We believe Jesus is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, who died for our sins, rose from the dead, and will return again. (John 3:16; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4)

Salvation – We believe that salvation is a gift from God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone — not by our works. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

The Holy Spirit – We believe the Holy Spirit dwells in believers, empowering us for holy living, prayer, and service. (Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22-23)

The Church – We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, make disciples, serve others, and share the Gospel with the world. (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 2:42-47)

Prayer – We believe prayer changes lives, draws us closer to God, and is essential to everything we do in ministry. (Philippians 4:6-7; James 5:16)
